Questions your photographer wants to know:
  1. Do you have Run sheet? This helps the photographer know when key moments are happening and how much time we have to play with/
  2. Is there any specific’s I need to know about: parking, getting to the venue, is there a vendor meal?
  3. Family Shots: When it’s time to round up the troops for those classic family snaps, give your photographer the scoop! Let them in on who’s who and which shots are non-negotiable. The bigger the group and the more snaps you want, the more time it’ll take, so plan accordingly to avoid any rush. Enlist your trusty groomsmen or MOH to help wrangle the crew together. By sharing your family photo plans ahead of time and having a list of those family and friend shots, your photographer can scope out the best spots and backdrops, ensuring smooth sailing when the big day arrives.
  4. Specific photos that are a must for you to recreate: If you’ve come across a photo that you just LOVE and want one of your own, make sure you relay this so your photographer can. Mae sure it happens., Because as we know, the day goes by so fast and we do our best to make sure we capture all those key shots for you.
  5. Surprises! Now we love surprises but we love to be involved in them too. So if you plan to have fireworks or a first look. Make sure you let us now before hand.

Having all this planned before can help you relax on your day. It should be about being present not organising last minute things you forgot to mention. So plan first, then sit back and relax.
